It's unfortunate that the phone in my room was frayed and possibly a fire hazard!!! I also couldn't believe the staff seemed unconcerned with the mess of empty toiletries I faced multiple times!!! It's strange dealing with poor cleanliness on occupied floors!!!

It has appropriate quiet rooms, that come with a comfy bed as well as a good work space. The staff are especially helpful and really helpful and provide a great service.

The indoor pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a nice variety, including a yogurt toppings bar that my friends loved.
The restroom floor in my room was noticeably dirty .

Thank you for an awesome stay. Everything is clean and great. There is plenty of great food for breakfast. Convenient and marvellous location for visiting Batesville, it's not far from nearby Batesville and food venues.

The fairfield inn had a fantastic atmosphere. I felt welcomed by the staff, especially pennye and dana. The hotel's location is super convenient, being close to the cancer treatment center in houston. The breakfast spread offered tasty options, made my mornings great.
